JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting the Head Chef and Executive Sous Chef in managing kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a positive dining experience for our guests. This position requires leadership abilities, excellent culinary skills, and a commitment to food safety and hospitality.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role within the food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, restaurant management, and hospitality standards.
  • Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen environment.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Passion for cooking and creativity in developing new dishes.
Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Chef and Executive Sous Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations and staff management.
  • Supervise food preparation and cooking processes to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menu items that reflect current trends.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation practices in compliance with health regulations.
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
  • Ensure that all dishes are prepared according to recipes and presentation standards.
