OVERVIEW:

Beau Desert Golf Club is an exclusive members-only club, celebrated for its beautiful grounds, first-class facilities, and exceptional standards of service. We are looking for a talented and driven Sous Chef to join our culinary team. You will play a key role in delivering outstanding dining experiences across all areas — from casual clubhouse meals to fine dining and bespoke private events.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong experience as a Junior Sous Chef within a high-end hospitality or private club environment.
• NVQ Level 3 in Professional Cookery (or equivalent qualification).
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Solid knowledge of British and European cuisine, with creativity and a passion for food.
• Up-to-date food hygiene certification and strong knowledge of compliance requirements.
• Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and evenings.
• A genuine passion for delivering excellent culinary experiences and exceeding member expectations.
