As part of the team at Belle Marche, the Sous Chef is responsible for ensuring smooth kitchen operation, maintaining food quality, and help deliver an excellent dining experience through food. The role involves hands-on food prep and will work closely with the head chef for recipe execution and planning.
SKILLS
· Previous experience cooking required

· Asist with daily kitchen operations, menu planning, prep, cooking, and service
