Berkeley Scott are proud to partner with a country house hotel with Rosette standard restaurant and banqueting operation to find a passionate Sous Chef to join their kitchen team. They pride themselves on their fine dining menu, utilising fresh, local produce whilst developing staff and nurturing talent.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare, produce and serve a diverse menu up to a 2 Rosette standard, utilising some great local produce.
  • Prepare, produce and serve a high quality banqueting menu for up to 100 covers.
  • Assist in the leadership and development of the kitchen brigade, ensuring optimal staffing levels in a busy environment.
  • Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards in order to ensure 5-star food hygiene ratings.
  • Maintain a pristine and organised kitchen.
