An extraordinary opportunity for an ambitious chef to work with our Two AA Rosette Head Chef. Our Head’s experience includes four years in a Michelin Star and three years Head Chef at a top five star hotel on the Caribbean island of Mustique.
The sous chef role will be five days a week split shifts, including running the kitchen on the Head’s days off.
