Job Description Culinary Execution Assist the Chef de Cuisine in menu planning, recipe development, and daily specials. Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning across all dishes. Supervise food preparation and cooking to maintain Filia’s authentic Italian standards. Team Leadership Lead and motivate line cooks and junior staff during service. Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to develop culinary skills and uphold standards. Act as the kitchen leader in the Chef de Cuisine’s absence. Operational Support Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and timeliness. Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships with a focus on premium quality and sustainability. Monitor food costs and assist in achieving profitability targets. Quality & Safety Uphold hygiene, sanitation, and food safety regulations at all times. Conduct regular inspections of kitchen equipment and facilities. Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs). Guest Experience Collaborate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service. Support the creation of memorable dining experiences aligned with Filia’s warm, family-inspired atmosphere and Morgans Originals’ luxury lifestyle positioning.
