EXECUTIVE SOUS CHEF / SOUS CHEF PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • Exec Sous Chef: 2+ years of experience as a Chef de Cuisine, Exec Sous Chef, or Sr. Sous Chef
  • Sous Chef: 2+ years of experience as a Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager, Kitchen Supervisor, Jr. Sous or similar role
  • A strong pedigree background in respected and acclaimed Italian restaurants
  • Passion for unique, quality, hyper-seasonal seafood, fish and produce
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills and the ability to genuinely motivate others
  • Exceptional standards for cleanliness, health, and safety
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends, and on holidays
