Your role

As a sous-chef, you are our head chef's right hand and regularly take the lead of the kitchen brigade. You coach, inspire, and motivate the team, monitor quality, and ensure a pleasant working atmosphere. During busy summer months, you maintain an overview and ensure that our guests are served quickly and well.
