    This charming pub on the coast is looking for a sous chef to complete their lovely team!
    Serving a menu of proper pub food – unfussy, generous, and deeply satisfying – all prepared with care and attention to quality. Think beer-battered fish and chips, hearty pies, slow-cooked meats, vibrant vegetarian dishes, and daily specials that change with the tides and seasons.
    As Sous Chef, you’ll support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen – leading services, mentoring junior team members, managing prep and stock, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, consistency, and presentation. You’ll also play a hands-on role in developing specials and new dishes that reflect both the pub’s character and the best of what’s in season.
    Please note this is a rural location so you will need your own transport
