We are now looking for a confident, passionate and genuine Sous Chef to assist the Head Chef in leading our kitchen team as they take on this superb new restaurant opening.
You will currently be an experienced Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef looking for your next role, ready to put your best foot forward and never settle for second best. One shift, you’ll be the Head Chef’s right hand; the next, you’ll be stepping up to run the kitchen. Cooking from menus that are full of fresh, classic and comforting dishes with hearty home flavours, you will ensure every service is run seamlessly, and be someone the rest of the kitchen team can look up to.
