Looking For a Sous Chef to help run a well functioning team aside our head chef.
Hourly rate £13.50-£14.50

Chef requirements:

  • Experience in a busy kitchen environment at a head chef level
  • Positive attitude
  • Great knowledge of pastry and working in a busy restaurant
  • Dedication to working in a busy, stressful but fun environment
  • Self-motivation and being able to support your colleagues
  • Prepping your section for busy service
  • Maintaining general kitchen cleanliness
  • Maintaining a high level of food and hygiene standards
  • Maintaining high standards service and food quality
  • Maintaining high level of productivity to obtain smooth service
