We are also looking for someone at a Sous Chef or Chef De Partie level to join our team in our AA Rosette Restaurant in a full-time position. We are looking to add someone who is keen to learn and with a passion for food, to support our Head Chef and his team.
Set in the former RAF camp, in the village of Boddam, the building has been totally transformed throughout into a contemporary stylish hotel featuring décor and furnishings. Buchan Braes has 44 Executive Bedrooms and 3 Suites. Each hotel room has been decorated with luxury and comfort in mind and includes all the modern facilities and luxury expected of a 4-star hotel.
A background in a similar position would be preferred.
