THE ROLE:
Row 34 Burlington is hiring a Sous Chef to support the daily operations of our kitchen and play a key role in training, leading, and motivating our team. This position works closely with the Chef de Cuisine to ensure prep, service, and systems are dialed in and running efficiently.
We are a seasonal/scratch kitchen with a focus on fish butchering, making fresh pasta and smoking & curing seafoods, all Row 34 Chefs play a large role in educating and training all members of the staff.
We work directly with fisherman and farmers to bring the best of New England to the restaurant.
You’ll be part of a kitchen team that takes pride in its work, values consistency, and cares about doing things the right way.
