We’re looking for an experienced and driven Sous Chef to join the leadership team at a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen known for elevated cuisine and exceptional service.

REQUIREMENTS:

– Previous experience as a Sous Chef or senior Line Cook
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
– Comfortable in a high-pressure, team-driven environment
– Available evenings and weekends

Pay: $52,500.00-$60,000.00 per year

– Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
– Lead and supervise the team during service
– Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all menu items
– Assist with ordering, inventory, and kitchen organization
– Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
– Train and mentor junior staff
