FULL TIME

We are looking for a passionate & talented chef to join our small friendly team @ Domenico’s in Leith. We offer a typical Trattoria a la carte menu with pastas and Italian specialities as well as a weekly specials board in the restaurant. We also have a very busy lunchtime Deli as well as lunch a la carte service. We pride ourselves in using high quality ingriendients and providing a great casual dining experience
Ideal candidate will report to our Head Chef but will be comfortable working on their own, and have a passion for new ideas and contributing to our specials menu. We use local fresh ingredients. If this sounds like you - we’d love to chat to you!

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes while ensuring high standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Strong Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
  • Develop innovative dishes for our weekly ‘specials menu’
  • Food production and presentation, ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.
  • Maintain kitchen equipment and inventory, ensuring all supplies are stocked and organized.
