JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join our culinary team.   • Excellent leadership abilities, with a focus on fostering a positive work environment.
  • Previous experience in hospitality is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Assist in food preparation and cooking, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed, maintaining proper stock levels.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop new menu items and improve existing recipes.
  • Monitor portion control and waste management to optimise kitchen efficiency.
  • Participate in the serving of meals during peak hours, ensuring timely delivery to guests.
