SOUS CHEF - HOTEL - JERSEY

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Sous Chef to join the kitchen team at this luxury hotel in Jersey. This role is to start ideally from October . As the Sous Chef you will support kitchen team under a Head and Exec Head Chef managing the CDP’s and team, assisting in running various sections across this 4AA rosette Restaurant. The exceptional a la carte restaurant menu showcases modern British cooking in a classic setting with the emphasis on fresh Jersey produce.

THE PERSON

The ideal Sous Chef will have the following:

  • Experience as a Sous Chef in a fine dining environment
  • Rosette experience preferred 3/4 rosettes desirable
  • versatile to manage all sections.
  • Impeccable standards with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • Available for a two day trial- costs covered by the hotel
  • Happy to relocate yourself
