We’re on the hunt for a talented and driven Sous Chef to help lead the kitchen at
a bold new raw bar concept opening soon in the heart of Greenville,
SC. This is more than just a restaurant, it’s a celebration of thoughtful cuisine, Southern
soul, and seriously fresh seafood.

sourcing, sustainability, and culinary precision, we’re building something truly special.
The Role:
As Sous Chef, you’ll be second-in-command in the kitchen, working directly with our
Executive Chef to shape and execute a seafood-focused menu with integrity and flair.
You’ll play a key role in daily operations, mentoring kitchen staff, and ensuring each dish
is crafted to perfection.
What We’re Looking For:
 At least 2–3 years of experience as a sous chef or lead line cook in a high-
volume, quality-driven kitchen.
 A deep love and knowledge of seafood, especially raw bar operations.
 Strong leadership and communication skills.
 Proven ability to manage BOH systems including inventory, prep, and quality
control.
 Passion for mentoring and developing a tight-knit kitchen team.
 ServSafe certification (or willing to obtain before opening).
 The ability to work long hours, and lift loads of 20-40 pounds.
