We have a great opportunity for a new team member to join our kitchen team at either Chef de Partie or Sous Chef level.
Applicants must be hands on, passionate about food, ambitious and able to work in a fast paced environment. Team work and good attitude are essential. This is an ideal placement for passionate chefs looking to make their mark on a successful business with an opportunity to contribute to menu development and execution.
Key qualities we are looking for include;
Experience/ formal education in a professional kitchen
Excellent organizational skills
Work well under pressure
Take direction/advice from senior members of the kitchen team
Able to work independently without supervision and also as part of a team
Dedication and reliability
