Description Cherokee Town & Country Club is looking to hire a Full-Time Sous Chef at our Town Club in Buckhead to prepare food items that either appear on the daily menu or as a special pertaining to a specific station. You must carefully follow recipes and work hard to ensure the quality and consistency of the food. Time management and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once is a necessity. EDUCATION AND EXPEREINCE REQUIRED: 5 yrs. Minimum of culinary experience. 2 yrs. Minimum of leadership experience. A culinary degree or CF Equivalent is preferred. ServSafe certification is preferred, and/or has a sound understanding of sanitation practices.
