The role of Sous Chef is a challenging and fulfilling one, where no two days are the same. As a Sous Chef you will be the partner of the Head Chef. You will oversee the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence, meet high standards of food hygiene and professionalism, and train your team to learn new cooking techniques. You will also deal with suppliers and handle paperwork, such as ordering and invoicing.

WORK AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience of working in a professional kitchen, taking all Health and Safety considerations into account.
  • Experience in running special events, taking all Health and Safety considerations into account.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry.
  • Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time, and energy.
