QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of experience in a professional kitchen, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
  • Strong culinary skills and a passion for creating memorable dishes
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
  • Knowledge of inventory control, food costing, and kitchen operations
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Food Handler Certification required
Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We’re seeking a talented and driven Sous Chef to join our leadership team. Working closely with the Head Chef, you’ll play a key role in menu execution, kitchen operations, and mentoring our culinary staff. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, quality-driven kitchen where creativity, consistency, and collaboration are valued.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, development, and costing
  • Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations and staff scheduling
  • Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all dishes
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen in accordance with health and safety standards
  • Support and train kitchen team members, fostering a positive work environment
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships
  • Collaborate with front-of-house leaders to ensure seamless service
