SOUS CHEF
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM start, 40 hours per week
Salary: £20.94 per hour

ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Sous Chef, you’ll work closely with the Head Chef to deliver exceptional culinary standards. You’ll be responsible for leading and motivating a team, ensuring smooth kitchen operations, and producing outstanding dishes in a high-profile corporate environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the Head Chef in the daily operations of the kitchen.
- Lead and inspire the team to deliver consistent, high-quality dishes.
- Ensure all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
- Oversee stock management and ordering to maintain efficiency and reduce waste.
- Maintain strict compliance with food hygiene and health & safety standards.
- Contribute to menu development with creative and innovative ideas.
