Assist the Head Chef in delivering exceptional fine dining experiences
Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation
Support menu development and innovation
‍ Lead and mentor junior kitchen staff
Maintain excellent hygiene and safety standardsAbout You:
✔ Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a fine dining or high-end restaurant
✔ Passion for top-quality ingredients and creative plating
✔ Strong leadership and organizational skills
✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional kitchen
