OverviewWe are seeking a passionate and skilled Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Head Chef in the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that all food production meets the highest standards of quality and presentation. This position requires strong leadership abilities, excellent culinary skills, and a commitment to food safety and hygiene practices- Along with a Happy, positive personality!

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role within a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food production techniques, culinary arts, and food safety regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise a team effectively while maintaining high standards of hospitality.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A passion for cooking and creativity in menu development is highly desirable.
