We’re now seeking a passionate Sous Chef to join the kitchen brigade at our client’s esteemed gastro pub with rooms in Burnley.

• Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of a busy, high-quality kitchen
• Deliver exceptional dishes using fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients
• Help manage kitchen operations, food safety, and staff training
• Assist with menu development and ensure consistency across brasserie, bar, and event menus
• Bring creativity and precision to everything from Sunday roasts to fine-dining events
