  • Experience in à la carte, banquet, and event execution
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • A passion for seasonal ingredients, local sourcing, and continuous culinary growth
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As Sous Chef, you will be a key leader in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen, collaborating on the creation of hyper-seasonal menus, weekly specials, elegant wine dinners, and memorable member events. You will be working with exceptional, world-class ingredients, sourced through local farmers and renowned purveyors, to craft both fine and casual dining experiences that reflect cutting-edge trends and classical techniques.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring excellence in execution and presentation
  • Collaboration in menu development and seasonal planning
