We are looking to hire two chefs on a full time basis (Salary Position)
We are a growing catering company looking to add to our team
We have clients that are multi-billionaires & celebrities; and we also do lots of non-profit and charity work
Some days we are cooking on a 17 million dollar yacht & some days we’re cooking in the stairwell of a bank lol
We have a fully air conditioned commercial kitchen in Kendall where we prep & prepare
We are looking for someone who has skills they currently aren’t respected for
Grinding on the line sweating your ass off and leaving at 2 am…
This is a change of pace
You’ll be given an opportunity to build menu’s and put your own spin on dishes you’ve been tasked with creating
This is a fun atmosphere where we make fun of mistakes rather then wagging our fingers @ grown men/women
The position is paid full-time even if your not scheduled for 40 hours that given week
We pool tips and you will receive tips for events you aren’t even at
You will never be asked to do any dishes
What were looking for/Requirements
1. No heavy drugs/drinking…
2. Must have transportation
3. Willing to commute to Kendall/CutlerBay Area area
4. Prompt
5. Personable (Lots of communication with clients & staff)
6. Confident in knife & prep skills
7. Competent to execute cooking on-site
8. Baking/Pastry skills are a plus
9. Bilingual is a plus
10. Presentation skills are a plus
11. Public speaking is a plus
12. Bartending/Mixology skills a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $41,600.00 per year
