THE ROLE:

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Head Chef in the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food production and safety. This position requires strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, as you will be responsible for supervising kitchen staff and maintaining a positive working environment.

  • As the Sous Chef, you’ll support the Head Chef in meal preparation, ensuring that every dish meets our residents’ needs while maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about food, takes pride in the dishes they prepare, and works well in a team. Leadership experience is a plus for the Head Chef role, while the Sous Chef should be ready to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.

  • Sous Chef:
  • Assist in meal preparation and cooking, maintaining high-quality food standards.
  • Follow specific dietary requirements and preferences for our residents.
  • Maintain a clean and organised kitchen.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to create delicious meals every day.
