Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily kitchen activities, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety standards
  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, recipe development, and food preparation
  • Manage food production processes, maintaining quality control throughout all stages of cooking
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff in culinary techniques, food safety practices, and hospitality standards
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area in compliance with health regulations
