The Role We are seeking to recruit for season 2026 passionate, hardworking, generous and enthusiastic individuals who work in alignment with all team members. Our kitchen brigade is a major part of our team, since he or she will be the faces of The Rooster and our hospitality principles offered to our guests. We work with a fully equipped and organised kitchen with all the modern tools and equipment, plus wood fire oven, Argentinian grill and all that a kitchen needs to apply old and new techniques. We are building an environment where personalized relationships between our team and our guests influence our space. We are contracting these relationships on mutual respect & generosity, while we need to be able to deliver our one-of-a-kind services and offerings based on accountability and extreme professionalism. To be successful in this role you will have to: Able to run the A la Carte Service of the Hotel Aptitude in resolving issues with a customer-focused orientation Accuracy & Discipline under pressure Multitasking and organizational ability Teamwork & Adaptability Calm & Organised Minimum Experience of 5 years Culinary School Degree Previous Experience in Fine Dining or 5-star Hotel Basic knowledge of English for Greeks or good knowledge of English for foreigners Knowledge of best practices for safety and sanitation Letter of recommendation EU work permit is a prerequisite Competitive salary & benefits & Tips & Extras Accommodation with cohabitation with 1 person in staff house.
