We’re on an exciting journey at The Delaval Arms, evolving into a true destination pub on the North East coast and we’re looking for a talented, dependable Sous Chef to join us as we step things up.
We’re not chasing gimmicks or corporate kitchen culture. This is a place where food is prepared with care, service matters, and the atmosphere makes people want to come back. Our aim is to create a memorable dining experience that reflects our location and our passion for doing things properly, from daytime to evening, all year round.
You’ll be working side-by-side with the Head Chef to deliver consistently high standards, help shape the menu with seasonal ideas, and keep the kitchen running like clockwork.
