Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and prepare large volumes of meals daily
- Oversee and participate in kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Participate in the creation of new recipes and menus
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the chef to optimize kitchen operations
- Ensure all meals executed meet industry safety, and hygiene standards
- Includes operating the cash register and processing payments.
Experience:
- 2 years of foodservice or restaurant experience
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary trends
- Excellent understanding of food handling procedures and sanitation regulations
