We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our passionate kitchen team. You will work closely with the Executive Chef to maintain our high standards of food quality, support the team, and ensure the kitchen runs smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who has experience within an Italian cuisine and has the leadership skills to inspire others while maintaining the authenticity and excellence that Dolce Vita is known for. We are only accepting applicants with 5+ years of kitchen experience as a Sous Chef.
