A rare opportunity has come about to join the team as our Sous Chef. You’ll have 5+ years experience at this level gained in other fast paced venues or be at Junior Sous level and ready to take that next step.
You’ll be responsible for working with our Head Chef on the continued development of our menu, playing your part in all aspects of prep, service and maintaining a clean, healthy and safe kitchen environment.
You’ll also take control of the kitchen when our Head Chef is away from the business at any time. We encourage contribution & creativity so you will have no shortage of opportunity to play a part in the continued growth of our business.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
