We are seeking dedicated and skilled Sous Chef to join our culinary team at Mimosa Restaurant - Southend-on-Sea.

Mimosa Restaurant offers a high-end modern British freshly produced menu using locally sourced seasonal produce with a focus on seafood and steaks. Located at the prestigious Clifftown Shore development , Mimosa Restaurant is a 200 cover restaurant with a seafront terrace and lounge, offering all day dining seven days a week.
The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding and experience in high-end professional kitchen operations and have experience with producing freshly prepared seasonal dishes and sauces from scratch .
As a Sous Chef you will play a crucial role in ensuring menus are prepared to the highest standards. You will also be responsible for leading and providing on the job training for the kitchen brigade as well as ensuring full kitchen hygiene and H&S compliance whilst maintaining the highest standards of service and presentation.
Pay: From £30,000.00 to £34,000 per year
