As Sous Chef, you’ll play a key role in leading our kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef to manage the day-to-day food production whilst maintaining and enhancing our excellent reputation.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Overseeing kitchen operations – achieving financial & quality targets and maintaining standards, efficiency, and consistency
Creating daily specials & advising on menus – bringing fresh ideas and innovation
Leading & developing the kitchen team – inspiring the next generation of chefs
Managing stock & supplier relationships – keeping things running smoothly
Maintaining a spotless kitchen with 5* EHO rating – ensuring hygiene, safety & legal compliance
