About the Venue:

Role Purpose:
We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our brilliant kitchen team of 20 talented chefs.
The ideal candidate will need to have previous experience as a Sous Chef in a quality, fresh food operation, be it a luxury hotel (preferred), quality restaurant, contract caterer or event operation.
Most importantly, you should be an excellent team player with a strong foundation of leadership skills and commit to sharing your knowledge and skills with our team.
