Job Description Roster: FIFO from Adelaide, SA on a 14:14 roster – work half the year, enjoy full-time benefits! Employment Type: Casual & Permanent opportunity with long-term career growth Assist to coordinate our remote catering Teams to deliver consistent, high quality food service whilst maintaining and building a strong and collaborative safety culture. Enjoy consistent work-life balance on a 14:14 Fly-In-Fly-Out roster. Who are we looking for? Looking for passionate Sous Chef’s with a drive for leadership and excellent customer service. To be successful, you’ll need: Certificate III or IV Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification) Food Safety Supervisor Certificate within 5yrs of validity First Aid and CPR Certificate Previous experience in mass-catering environments is essential (volume cooking) Previous FIFO Chef or Sous Chef experience is highly desired but not essential Excellent knowledge of HACCP Australian Citizenship or full working rights in Australia You will be required to obtain a National Police Check, should you not have one dated within the last 6 months Why choose Sodexo?
