POSITION OBJECTIVE:

Responsible for planning and managing food preparation and other kitchen operations to ensure high levels of service and food products that consistently exceed the expectations of the guests.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least a graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts, Culinary Management or related fields in Culinary Technology
  • With at least 3 years of experience as chef in a high volume, multi- outlet hotel or group of restaurants
  • Commercial Cooking NC IV
  • Must be OPERA Fidelio literate
  • Service oriented
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Calm approach to stressful environment
  • Excellent knowledge of BOH systems, ordering and inventory
  • Flexible on shifts and schedules
