FJB Hotels are seeking talented and passionate Sous Chefs to join our dynamic kitchen team at 4* Harbour Heights Hotel . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and culinary arts, with the ability to assist in managing kitchen operations effectively. REQUIREMENTS

  • Ensure all food preparation meets health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen.
  • Monitor inventory levels, assisting with ordering supplies to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked at all times.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
  • Help manage kitchen schedules, ensuring adequate staffing during peak hours while promoting teamwork among staff members.
