Who we are 17- bedroom Hotel 75 cover Restaurant 40 cover Terrace Our kitchen offers Local (Raclette, Fondue, etc.) International (Fish & Chips, Pasta, etc.) Based in a car free resort Based at 1’930 meters Philosophy Among friends between guest & staff Tasks Your Tasks: A. Manage the kitchen in support of the Head Chef including: o Acting as deputy for the Head Chef when they are not present. o Assisting with stock management and controls. o Creating purchase lists for the owners in the absence of the head chef o Liaising directly with the Head chef (or the owner when the chef is not present) for all operational matters B. Ensure the quality of dishes and compliance with hygiene standards. Requirements Your profile Experience in the kitchen required. (minimum 2 years) Must come from the European Economic Area (EEA).
