Job Description We are looking for a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping our guests’ dining experience — bringing fresh ideas, delivering consistently excellent food, and inspiring a motivated kitchen brigade The responsibility. Prepare, cook and present dishes to the highest standard ensuring that they meet agreed menu specifications Support the Head Chef in managing kitchen performance including the cost control, purchasing, stock management, menu development & team training Ensure compliance with all food safety, health & safety, fire & security regulations Create a positive collaborative kitchen environment that celebrates success and encourages learning Drive commercial performance by maximising revenue across the restaurant, bar & functions Take ownership of opening & closing procedures including supervision of kitchen porters Support the Head Chef in monitoring guest feedback and take proactive steps to continuously improve Additional Information This is a 40 hours per week role 5 shifts over 7 days including evenings, weekends & bank holidays. Qualifications Experience chef at CDP level or higher Previous responsibility of ordering and stock management Organised, confident & self-motivated Food Hygiene Level 2 or higher Additional Information An opportunity like this at Frasers is for the fearless.
