We are on the hunt for Full time sous chef (48 hours) to join our brilliant kitchen team.
At The Open Page, our South West London bar and kitchen we scratch cook everything on our delicious menu and that is heavily reliant on the considerable skill of our kitchen team using ingredients that are in season.
Ideally, you’re at Senior CDP level or similar, or looking for the chance to gain experience to get to the next level. We’re after someone with a great attitude who is keen to learn and serve food to a brilliant level.
If you’re keen on using a microwave in the kitchen, with food straight out of the freezer, this isn’t your gig.
But if you like the idea of cooking using great meat from a farm in Kent and day-boat fish from Devon and Cornwall send us your CV or better still pop in and have a chat.
