SUMMARY
We are seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team at Gelsmoor Restaurant. In this role, you will assist in managing kitchen operations, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation. Your culinary expertise will play a vital role in enhancing our guests’ dining experience.
It is a full time permanent position working approximately 9 hours per day over 5 days (45 hours per week). You will have two consecutive days off each week.
