As we continue to grow and evolve, we are looking for a Sous Chef to join our small team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented chef with a creative edge who is looking to step into a role that allows real input with the menu and help pave the way forward in the kitchen.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

As Sous Chef, you’ll work closely with the Head Chef to oversee daily kitchen operations, maintain high standards and help develop new ideas. You’ll play a vital role in managing a smooth service, mentoring junior staff and ensuring every plate matches our commitment to quality and authenticity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen management
  • Help design and implement new menu items and seasonal specials
  • Ensure consistent quality and presentation across all dishes
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety standards and stock control
  • Train and motivate junior kitchen team members
  • Step up to lead service in the absence of the Head Chef
