We’re looking for a talented Sous Chef to join this newly opened Gastro Pub in Southwest Oxfordshire. This company love great, British, hospitality which is reflected in their carefully written seasonal menus only using some of the best local produce. Boasting a smaller plates menu alongside some classics, this is a really exciting business to be a part of!
The right Sous Chef will be from a fresh food gastro pub or accoladed restaurant environment used to working with fresh produce. As Sous Chef, you will work closely on menu development and play a key part in training and developing the more junior team.
