We’re looking for a driven and ambitious Sous Chef to join our passionate, tight-knit team at our Maidenhead HQ. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of something exciting. Experience in pastry is a huge plus and will be highly valued in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Head Chef in overseeing all kitchen operations
  • Lead on food preparation, production and service delivery – from tasting menus to large-scale event catering
  • Manage, mentor and train junior kitchen team members
  • Ensure consistency, efficiency, and creativity across all dishes
  • Maintain high standards in cleanliness, food quality, stock control, and kitchen equipment care
  • Step confidently into the Head Chef role when required
