We’re looking for a talented and ambitious Sous Chef to join our passionate, close-knit team at our Maidenhead HQ. Responsibilities
  • Support the Head Chef in leading all aspects of kitchen operations
  • Oversee food preparation, production, and service for everything from intimate tasting menus to large-scale events
  • Mentor, train, and inspire junior kitchen team members
  • Ensure consistency, efficiency, and creativity across all dishes
  • Maintain high standards in food quality, stock management, equipment care, and kitchen organisation
  • Step confidently into the Head Chef role when required
