At Gourmet Food Parlour, we have an exciting opportunity for hardworking, enthusiastic, ambitious and strong Sous Chef to join our team in our restaurants within Brown Thomas, City Centre.
We’re looking for someone who’s excited to come in to work every day-who’s ready to develop the team, grow with the brand & tackle challenges.

REQUIREMENTS

  • HACCP trained to level 2 minimum
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality food products, meeting HACCP guidelines and store safety and security.
  • Comply with a strict dress and personal hygiene code that meets HACCP guidelines
